Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, merchandise purchased in store may be returned within 20 business days of receipt at our discretion. Items must be in original, unpackaged, and unused condition. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept the return of any item with any indication that it has been used. Feather Your Nest reserves the right to inspect and return items to you that are not acceptable for return. All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund of the purchase price less the shipping charges and restocking fees.

In store restocking fees - 10%

Federal law prohibits us on accepting returns on sleeping pillows, sheets, down and down alternative products taken out of its packaging.
