Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, merchandise purchased may be returned within 15 business days of receipt at our discretion. Items must be in original, packaged, and unused condition. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept the return of any item with any indication that it has been used. Feather Your Nest reserves the right to inspect and refuse items that are not acceptable for return.
Accepted returns under this policy are eligible for a refund, or store credit of the purchase price, except for the shipping charges and restocking fees.
- In store restocking fees - 10%
- Order restocking fees - 15%
- In circumstances where products need to be returned to vendors, additional fees will apply.
Final Sale
- Custom made and made to order items, i.e. goods that are made to the consumer's specifications on the basis of an individual choice of or decision by the consumer are clearly personalized and are final sale.
- Discounted and sale items are not eligible for returns.
Federal law prohibits us on accepting returns on sleeping pillows, sheets, down, and down alternative products taken out of its packaging.
